Dear Brother,
I have recently come to know that you have started to tell lies. But brother, you must know how dangerous it is to lie. You not only deceive others but also yourself.
Lies affects us in various ways. I’m going to list only some of them and let you decide yourself if you should continue this habit or not.
Lying prevents meaningful relationships and causes the liar to be distanced from those they’ve lied to. Lying creates unnecessary stress. Having to keep track and remember the lies they’ve told so they don’t get “caught” can be exhausting. The liar also suffers from self-esteem issues, as their own integrity has been compromised. Lying is self-destructive behavior.
When we engage in lying that does affect others and the way we feel about ourselves however, our actions have a ripple effect, so it’s important we recognize such behavior as detrimental [ক্ষতিকর] to ourselves, and to society as well.

Yours ever,
Tushar
