Subject: An application for a bus service.

Dear Sir,

Hope this letter finds you in the best of your health. I am writing to you today to discuss a very significant [গুরুত্বপূর্ণ] matter. From a past few days we have been facing a great difficulty in coming to school by using our personal conveyance [পরিবহন]. There are students who come from far off places to school and cannot afford to pay for conveyance on daily basis. Most of us have been missing our classes in the morning only because we are too late to reach for the 8 am class. It would be really helpful if you approve the idea of commencement [প্রবর্তিত] of a school bus service.

We, therefore [সুতরাং], pray and hope that you would take necessary steps to solve this problem and oblige [বাধিত] thereby.
