Subject:  Describing the prize giving ceremony.

Dear Lima,

I hope you are well. The prize giving ceremony [অনুষ্ঠান] of our school was held on Thursday last. On this occasion the whole school and the auditorium were wonderfully decorated. The function started just at 9 o’clock with the reciting of the holy Quran. The honourable Upazila Officer presided over the function. The headmaster read out the annual report of the school. After that the chief guest distributed [বিতরণ] prizes among the students who showed brilliant performance during the last annual sports. The students who made good result from our school were also given prizes. After the prize giving ceremony a cultural [সাংস্কৃতিক] show was presented by the students of our school. The show was greatly enjoyable. In the end the Headmaster thanked the chief guest and all others who were present. Thus, the function came to an end.
