Subject: Application for setting up a debating club.

Sir,

With due respect I, on behalf [তরফ] of the students of your school, want to inform [জানানো] you that, ours is one of the best schools in Dhaka city. But it is a matter of sorrow [দুঃখ] that we have no debating club in our school.  There are many students who are interested in debating. But they do not get enough scope [কর্মক্ষেত্র [to develop [বিকশিত] their skill [দক্ষতা] for want of a Debating Club. Generally [সাধারণত], it provides [সরবরাহ [the students with opportunity [সুযোগ] to arrange the debating competition [প্রতিযোগিতা] occasionally [মাঝেমধ্যে]. In the circumstances [অবস্থা], we need a debating club in our school and I hope that you would be kind enough to make an arrangement [আয়োজন] for setting up a debating club in our school as early as possible.
