Sir,

We, the student of class X of your school beg to state that our annual examination is over and now we are free. So, we want to go on a study tour for three days in the capital city, Dhaka. You know that study tour is not only interesting but also educative. It is a part and parcel of our studies. It will widen [প্রশস্ত] our knowledge. Through this study tour we shall be able to see what we have read in the books. It will also refresh our mind. Our social science teacher has kindly consented [সম্মতি] to act as our guide in this tour. This study tour will cost us at least Taka fifty thousand.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on a study tour/excursion and sanction [সমর্থন] the money and oblige [বাধিত] thereby.
