Internet

             Internet is a computerised network of information. It is the greatest invention in the communication [যোগাযোগ] system. It is the worldwide network of computer. It enables us to access and give out information of all kinds through large distances. It has made our lives extremely easier. Internet was created by ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network). The development of internet was originally funded by the U.S. and was started in 1960s. Since then the advances in internet have been tremendous. Internet communication is now the latest [সর্বাধুনিক] communication system in the world. Its uses and functions [ক্রিয়াকলাপ] are smooth [সাবলীল], easy and rapid [দ্রুত]. The Internet has great usefulness. To get appropriate [উপযুক্ত] information a person has to communicate to the appropriate address. One can also go to a search engine like Yahoo, Goggle for finding particular [বিশেষ] page or a piece of information. A search engine is a system through which you can search for information on Web pages containing that information. By using the Internet students can go through several books from the libraries without going there. They can seek information regarding [সংক্রান্ত] admission to different foreign [বিদেশী] universities. But it is a matter to sorrow that many people of Bangladesh still do not have access to the Internet because it is still costly and not easily available. The government should take proper steps to make the internet available to all with ease.
