Dear Anika,
How are you? From your last letter I came to know that you are suffering [যন্ত্রনা] from various [নানাবিধ] health problems. You must remember that health is a very important thing in our life. Now, I am going to let you know some important things to keep yourself fit.

One of the most important things in life is to be healthy--not just physically, but mentally as well. Follow these steps to create [সূচনা করা] a well-balanced, healthy life.

Laugh a lot. Because it keeps our mind fresh, laughing is also an important part of health. Meditation [ধ্যান] is also a good way to keep your mind healthy. If you have some spare [অতিরিক্ত] time, allocate [বরাদ্দ] that time to helping others. Be aware [সচেতন] of stressful [কঠিন চাপ] factors [বিষয়গুলি] in your life.

Maintain [বজায় রাখা] healthy eating habits. To get all the nutrition [পুষ্টি] the human body needs, you must eat a balanced. Drink more water.  Sleep well every night.  Exercise regularly. Be hygienic. Following these steps will certainly keep you healthy both physically and mentally.
