your mind healthy. If you have some spare [অতিরিক্ত] time, allocate [বরাদ্দ] that time to helping others.
Be aware [সচেতন] of stressful [কঠিন চাপ] factors [বিষয়গুলি] in your life.
Maintain [বজায় রাখা] healthy eating habits. To get
all the nutrition [পুষ্টি] the human body
needs, you must eat a balanced. Drink more water. Sleep well every night. Exercise regularly. Be hygienic. Following
these steps will certainly keep you healthy both physically and mentally.
