Sir,

I have the honour to state that my father has been transferred [বদলি] to Jessore and our family has already shifted [স্থান পরিবর্তন] there. So, it would not be possible on my part to continue my studies in your institution [প্রতিষ্ঠান].

I, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to issue [প্রেরণ] me a transfer certificate at an early date so that I can get myself admitted into a school in Jessore.
