Water Hyacinths

Water hyacinths [কচুরিপানা] are one kind of plant that grows on water. They grow there without care and caution [সতর্কতা]. Some people think that water hyacinths are worse than useless. Apparently [আপাত দৃষ্টিতে], they are useless and waste. But actually they are very useful and necessary. Water hyacinths can be made into a good fertilizer. By using this kind of fertilizer plants and vegetables can be grown well. Besides, different kinds of furniture like chairs, tables, tools, and sofas are made of water hyacinths. The furniture made of water hyacinths are very cheap. But they are very beautiful to look at. They add beauty and charm to our dwelling [বাসস্থান] place. Moreover, the dried ones can be used as fuel [জ্বালানি] and other necessary articles can be made from water hyacinths. Cows also eat water hyacinths as an alternative [বৈকল্পিক] food to straw. So, the water hyacinths are very much necessary and they can help us in many ways. In fact, the utility [উপযোগিতা] of water hyacinths in our practical [বাস্তবিক] life cannot be denied in the truest sense of the term.
