Knowledge

Knowledge

Knowledge is one’s greatest wealth. It is called the power of human being. A man without knowledge can be compared to a frog in a narrow well. A man should be eager about achieving knowledge. Human is like a meadow [তৃণ বহুল পশুচারণভূমি] where the man himself is the farmer. In a meadow, the farmer plants seeds and grows foods. If he sows [রোপণ করা] good seeds in the right time, he can get good harvest [ফসল], here knowledge is the seed and a man should plant the seeds of knowledge in his fertile [উর্বর] land of mind. If he can sow good seeds of knowledge, he will get his reward in the future. But if he keeps his mind bare [খালি] and unplanted, it will be full of weed of ignorance [মূর্খতা]. He should not be an inactive man. He should be conscious [সচেতন] of achieving knowledge. If he remains ignorant, he will have to suffer a lot throughout the whole life. He should acquire [অর্জন করা] knowledge from different aspects. Acquiring knowledge and practical works is a must for a human being. Because of the knowledge, man is the best creation and by using it man makes his life easier and more comfortable [স্বচ্ছন্দ].
